TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

01. August minimum stay is two weeks.

02. PAYMENT: by bank transfer 25% down upon booking a villa, with the remaining balance of 75% to be paid 45 days prior to arrival unless different agreement.

03. CANCELLATION PENALTIES: over 60 days prior arrival:25%; between 60 and 31 days: 50%; within 31 days: no refund.

04. BREAKAGE deposit guarantee: To be paid at arrival and refunded at departure following satisfactory checking of the villa.

05.UTILITIES TO BE PAID ON SPOT: the consumption of water will be checked upon arrival and departure and will be charged euro 6,00 per CM (this charge will also cover the emptiness of the septic tunk); the electricity counter will be checked upon arrival and departure, each kilowatt will be charged euro 0,20; charge for kitchen left dirty Euro 50.

6.WEEKLY CHARGE FOR CONSUMPTIONS include the following: gas, bed and bath linen , pool& garden mainteinance, assistance during the stay,check in and check out, final cleaning.

07. Villa topazio has daily cleaning for five times per week; villa verde has full cleaning twice per week

08. EXTRA BED can be allowed in some villas , but only with our written acceptance and each extra bed will be charged. EXTRA SERVICES AVAILABLE ON A PRE-ORDERING BASIS (To be requested at time of booking).

09. CLEANING LADY: the villa is supplied fully cleaned. Extra cleaning cost is euro 15 per hour.

10. VILLA LINEN for Bed/Bath is included with weekly change. Extra change will cost euro 13 per person; euro 7 for bath linen only per person;

11. AIRPORT TRANSFER: ON REQUEST

12. PETS can be allowed IN SOME VILLAS, but ONLY with our written acceptance for each booking at euro 30 per week.

13. BABY COT: euro 30,00 per week. BABY HIGH CHAIR: euro 30 per week

14. CATERING SERVICE ON REQUEST (rate min. euro 35,00 max euro 50,00 per person per meal)

15.WELCOME PACK on request euro 30,00. Includes the following items: mineral water,milk,nescafè coffee,tea bags,sugar,fruit juice,bread,jam,butter,ham slices,cheese,crisps,biscuits, eggs,bottle of wine).

ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES

16. ARRIVALS are on Saturdays, unless different agreement : Clients should register at the Agency or in villa preferably between 3 and 5 pm

17. LATE arrivals (with our written acceptance): after 5 pm until 10 pm euro 25, after 10 pm and on Sunday charges are euro 50.

18. DEPARTURE: Check out time is WITHIN 10:00 am.

19. BOOKING RULES: client must provide the agency of the following information: COMPOSITION OF THE PARTY(COUPLES AND SINGLES);

DETAILS OF TRANSPORTATION; NUMBER OF THE MOBILE PHONE USED DURING THE HOLIDAY;
