Villasimius is just 12 km away, Cagliari is 35 km, Solanas is a beautiful summer vilage along the road to Villasimius with a very nice white sandy beach.
Detached villa, just 300 mts away from the beach and with a big garden.
It comprises of 3 bedrooms ( 1 double, 1 twin bedded joinable and another one with 3 single beds, max 7 sleeps). There are 2 shower bathrooms, one is shared, from the corridor, the other one is inside a bedroom. There is an openplan living room kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with gas rings, gas oven, fridge/freezer, fireplace where is possible to prepare grilled foods.
There is a large veranda, washingmachine, external wooden oven, tables and chairs.
