Villasimius (I Borghi)
The house is located at the entrance of Villasimius village (Cagliari province), only 2 km far away to the wonderful white sandy beaches in the south east coast of Sardinia. The house is in a residence with shared swimming pool and tennis courts, it is on two floors, it has a nice garden and there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other one with bunk beds and a double bed in it, both rooms are equipped with air conditioned. The max capacity is 6 people. There is a living room/kitchen corner with everything you can need for cooking and eating and there is a washing-machine. Shared swimming pool available in the residence.

The consumption of water, gas and electricity are included. The house must be left clean otherwise there will be a charge of Euro 70.
